Cosmax is moving into the former L’Oreal U.S. corporate offices and factories in Solon, Cleveland.

The South Korean cosmetic manufacturer, which purchased the plant last year, plans to occupy about 338,000 sq. ft. of space, reports Cleveland.com. The plant is capable of producing 100 million cosmetic products a year.

Cosmax has said the plant will have 47 full-time and 99 part-time employees in 2015. By 2016, Cosmax forecasts it will reach 59 full-time and 150 part-time employees.
